Daily Cleaning

  • Allow hob to cool completely

  • Wipe glass top with mild liquid detergent

  • Clean burner caps and rings with a soft brush

  • Remove food spills immediately to avoid stains

Weekly Cleaning

  • Remove burners and wash with warm soapy water

  • Clean burner holes using a pin (do not enlarge holes)

  • Wipe cast iron pan supports and dry thoroughly

  • Clean knobs with a damp cloth (do not use chemicals)

Deep Cleaning (Monthly)

  • Inspect burner cups for blockages

  • Clean vertical injectors gently

  • Check pan support rubber stoppers

  • Ensure ignition points are dry and free from grease

Do Not Use

  • Acidic cleaners

  • Steel wool / abrasive pads

  • Excessive water on burners
