🟦 1. Warranty Coverage

Your product comes with:

  • 1-year comprehensive warranty (Up to 5 years in some cases - please refer to your product's warranty booklet)

  • 5-year motor warranty (if applicable) (Up to 15 years in some cases - please refer to your product's warranty booklet)

  • Coverage for manufacturing defects

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts (as applicable - please refer to your product's warranty booklet)

  • Physical damage

  • Damage due to incorrect installation

  • Damage due to voltage fluctuations

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Wear & tear items (filters, bulbs, etc.)

🟦 3. Warranty Claim Process (Log a request at customer care via contact number or e-mail provided on warranty card / booklet)  

  1. Provide invoice copy along with the warranty card / booklet provided / issued.

  2. Share product model & serial number

  3. Describe the issue

  4. Technician visit will be scheduled

  • Maintain proper cleaning

  • Use stable power supply

  • Follow installation guidelines
